Human Resources. interns SELECTION / MANAGEMENT STAFF FOR INTERNAL

For Vedior subsidiary of San Donato Milanese (MI) is a research / intern in the internal organs. The resource will be preferably have a background in the humanities, have good general education, excellent ability to use the main computer. Would be an advantage to have taken courses or short post-laurea/Master/tirocini/stage experiences in the selection / Administration staff.
In terms of character, the ideal candidate must be able to learn very quickly, with problem solving, ability to act independently, have strong resistance to work in conditions of extreme stress enough, be dynamic, active and proactive, have initiative, be finally provided with excellent interpersonal skills.
The resource will work side by side con la Responsabile della Selezione/Amministrazione e l'affiancherà prevalentemente nelle attività di gestione telefonica della filiale, gestione del front office, screening curricula, convocazione candidati, colloqui di selezione, attività di recruiting, pubblicazione annunci, preparazione dei profili dei candidati.
Gradualmente, la risorsa verrà coinvolta inoltre nelle adempienze amministrative della filiale e in alcune attività di tipo commerciale.
Lo stage durerà 3 mesi e sarà retribuito con 103 euro mensili. E' prevista la possibilità di una successiva proroga. Non è escluso l'eventuale inserimento presso una delle filiali del gruppo VEDIOR.
